Best Burgers

Everyone needs a go-to recipe for the best burgers around and this is it. I have tweaked it a bit through the years but this has become my tried and true recipe. When you’re looking for a great recipe that keeps bringing you back, you want something easy and delicious. These check both of those boxes.
Just add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix, shape into patties and you’re done. They are great for meal prep as you can make them in advance, freeze them and pull them out when it’s time to grill. We prefer having them frozen and putting them straight on the grill as they seem to stay together better and are easier to flip. But you do you! I know you’ll be raving about these being the best burgers after your first go.

Best Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or favorite cheese)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp worcestershire
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until fully combined.
- Separate mixture into 8 equal pieces.
- Shape each patty into a round ball and smash to your desired thickness.
- Place patty into reusable gallon size bag. (4 patties per bag)
- Place bags in freezer until ready for use.
- Grill to desired doneness and enjoy with your favorite condiments.
