Best Burgers

These burgers are the easiest and tastiest for any summer gathering. Easy to prep and freeze so they are ready for a family dinner or big party cookout.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or favorite cheese)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp worcestershire
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until fully combined.
  • Separate mixture into 8 equal pieces.
  • Shape each patty into a round ball and smash to your desired thickness.
  • Place patty into reusable gallon size bag. (4 patties per bag)
  • Place bags in freezer until ready for use.
  • Grill to desired doneness and enjoy with your favorite condiments.
